The galvanic manufacturing cycle is a process whereby metals are electrolytically deposited on various substrate through an automatized machinery and can be divided into three macro-phases:
Pre-treatment, that aims to prepare the metal surface to the galvanization;
Treatment, in which takes place the electrodeposition;
Finishing, in which the component is covered with a of protective film to improve endurance to corrosion.
If requested or necessary an additional pre-galvanic treatment metal cleaning can be done through Veneta Cromature’s long-standing and reliable network of external suppliers.
